Elizabeth Joanna Mitchell is an American actress. Born on 27 March 1970, she is 5'9 inches tall. Her most well-known role is as Dr. Juliet Burke in ABC's Lost television show as well as FBI Agent Erica Evans in V. Gia the Escape Clause. Mitchell co-stars with Eric Kripke in the television series Revolution which airs on NBC. She currently has a role in the show Criminal Minds as Emily Prentiss. On June 2010, the show announced that the Criminal Minds role would be reduced to half in the sixth-season. Brewsters' character departed the series on March 2011, and may return to it in the future.
